What power supply do the units require?
Single units - none.
Single units (hot wash) require a 110 volt single phase (yellow 3 pin socket).
Single units (mains connected) require a 16 amp single phase c-form socket (small blue 3 pin socket).
Disabled/urinal units - none.
All trailer units require a 13 amp socket (standard household 3 pin socket).
Shower units require a 32 amp c-form single phase socket (large Blue 3 pin socket).

Can I run the units from a generator?
Yes. Make sure the generator is large enough to run all the equipment you
are running from it. Allow 4 Kw for our units and make sure that the generator
has voltage regulation to avoid over/under voltage.

Do the single/disabled/urinal units come with lighting?
No, these units do not come with lighting as standard. They have a skylight
roof which will illuminate the interior during the day and also the night if
placed under a well lighted area. Small battery powered lights may be placed
inside the units for additional lighting if necessary.

What water connections do I require?
None. All our trailer and single units (not including shower units) are fully
self contained and require no connection to a water supply. You can have the
trailer units set up as a mains connection unit if desired this will give a
clean water flush and an infinite supply for hand washing. However, You will
need to provide a water supply and a drainage outlet for the waste. This also
applies to all shower units.

When will you deliver the units if my event is on a weekend?
We will always try to fit deliveries around our customers requirements.
Normally, delivery for a weekend is Thursday/Friday and collection
Monday/Tuesday. We can deliver/collect any time that suits your needs
including weekends.

Can your delivery driver phone me 30 minutes before he arrives on site?
Yes, no problem - just add a note on the booking form that you require us to do this.

What type of vehicle will you use to deliver the units?
We normally deliver the trailer units with a Landrover 4x4 and the single units
with a 3.5t flat bed van. Allow plenty of room for us to maneuver with the
vehicle and units and that there is adequate access for delivery.

I have an event over a few days can you service and clean the units for me?
Yes we can provide staff to keep units clean throughout your event and service/empty the units as
required.
